As I was growing up, I always loved to cook. I had a thing for it. I remember the fresh smells of the aromas coming from the back yard or the kitchen in my home country.
When I came to NY, I started with school and adapted to the food here. Lo and behold, I started to work for a lot of different restaurants and gained even more respect and passion for food. So I started using my culture to cook food from South America and North America. Bringing two beautiful flavor profiles together.
